Most of the customers already have clear idea of what their propulsion architecture will look like and are searching for high quality in-wheel motor. However, if you are interested to check your ideas about possible propulsion components arrangement, we can assist. In this case our wide knowledge about batteries, fuel cells, hybrid drives, solar panels and other components can benefit you. Experience, creativity and customer cooperation is very important to us.
In order to select in-wheel motor that will best meet customer expectations we use our own software developed for comparison of key in-wheel motor parameters. We carefully consider the best parameter combinations to choose the motor that best suits customer’s needs.
Once the parameters are set, the details regarding dimensions of all motor parts, electromagnetic properties, heating/cooling behavior, controller requirements and other properties have to be calculated.
In the final development stages, when the in-wheel motor performance meets driving demands, mechanical engineers come into play. As in every step, we are flexible here too, so if you happen to have a team of engineers, that can design the mechanical part of the electric motor, this can also be done by them, with the help of our technical assistance. (The strictly mechanical part can be designed by either party with our accumulated knowledge of technology specific requirements.)
