Prototyping workshop

While we do not necessarily insist on producing prototypes of the designed system ourselves, we do have the knowledge and experience to coordinate the production of the whole system, depending on customer preferences.

We are expanding our own prototyping workshop for electric motors, so we’ll be able to produce even faster results then with external partners, that we currently use to make parts of our prototypes. Some semi-automatic tools have been developed by the Elaphe team for winding and impregnation, and we are further developing these tools, keeping in mind simplicity of production.

Other parts of the propulsion system might have to be developed, for example the controller. This can either be done by your team, a third party of your choice, or one of our partners in this field, as we are still building a controller development team. One of the advantages of our technology is that it supports commercially available controller components for most applications and only minor customization is necessary.

If you are planning to manufacture the system yourself, we recommend that at least a part of the prototyping to be done in cooperation with our team, for the purpose of knowledge transfer and solving any possible industrialization issues.
